Hi, my name is Andrea (Annie) Croft and I am an American, Michigan-based artist, illustrator, graphic designer and teacher. I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Fine Arts and Education from Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, Illinois in 2005.
I work mainly in watercolor and collage, but I also enjoy using gouache or my iPad. My work is largely inspired by day to day life and our inevitable connection with nature and each other. I love painting everyday objects, or turning small animals into characters for books or poems.
My husband, Jon and I have three children, Jonas, Lucy and Eleanora who help keep our lives quite interesting. When we are able, we love to hike, canoe, travel or visit unique ice cream and coffee shops.
